Also recognized were the valedictorian and salutatorian, Eric Legacy and Kara Taylor. The evening also features a guest speaker. This year the speaker was Elizabeth (Trombly) Couillard. The 2008 graduate of CCS spoke proudly about her success after finding herself. She teared up when speaking of her battle with Chron's Disease and finding solace with her family, friends and new husband. She also told the students how she overcame the effects of being bullied while in high school. Her message was well received and she earned a standing ovation from the audience. The night also belongs to the Honor Society. New members for the senior honor society and junior honor society were inducted.
Thanks go to Mrs. Harrigan, honor society adviser, and many others who donated their time, energy and money to make the evening such a success.
