Weekend Concert

Volleyball Fundraiser

Thanks to all who turned out for the volleyball fundraising match that featured two strong faculty teams, members of the boys' varsity soccer team and the members of the final four volleyball team. I wonder who won?

I was listening to Fall Out Boy - hence the title of this post. Over on the Sports News Page you can find some pictures from the Volleyball playoffs in Glens Falls. If anyone has some soccer pictures they would like to share, please send them in. Congratulations to all the athletes for all the memories. The community is very proud of you!

Second grade students wrote some books. Fourth grade students read those books. Popcorn was eaten. Drinks were drunk. Fun was had. This is like a Dr. Seuss paragraph. Read more about this story and those stories and see the popcorn. Really - there are little cups full of popcorn. Makes me hungry.

It was a frightfully busy time at CCS today. Someone let in ghosts, goblins, a bunch of princesses and enough Captain America's to help out with the next Avengers movie. There are pictures from the parade, some from the costume/skit contest and a few pictures about owls. Who who would like to see all of those? You. That's who.

CCS Junior Cassandra Vermette added some color and her artistic touch to Ms. Riger's room recently. She completed a DNA mural for the classroom. Ms. Rieger said she did it all free hand and it looks amazing. I would have to agree. I think I will be putting in an order for some or talented artwork in my math classroom as well. Nice job!
