Today is a D day

There will be double dismissal today for High School students. 

If you were selected to be an elector for Mock Election, please report to room 203 to cast your ballot during your assigned period which is on the reminder slip you were given. If you cannot determine the period you were assigned, please report to room 203 sometime today to cast your ballot.

There will be a Senior Trip meeting on Monday, November 14th at 2:10pm in the High School Library.

Attention Faculty and Staff:  The CTA is asking/urging/begging for volunteers to make baked goods for the annual Spaghetti Supper.  We are also looking to have a baking bee for those who would like to bake together.  The baking bee will be scheduled if we don’t get enough to respond to our Google Form.  Doreen will allow people to keep things in the freezer if you want to get ahead in the baking!!  Thank you all in advance for your help!!

Custom Sunglasses are in!!  They will be sold during the lunch periods at the four corners.  You can also see Mrs. Reynolds.  Get them while they last!!!  Only $10.00  

There are several old issues of magazines looking for a new home or purpose.  If you are interested, they are on the pink book cart in the high school library.  They will be there until Thursday, November 10th.  We will have more later this year.

There will be a brief Rotary Interact meeting on Thursday morning at 8:00 in room # 203. All members are expected to attend.

Any students interested in joining the Varsity Bowling Team, please sign up in the High School Office.  There will be a mandatory meeting on Wednesday, November 2nd during double dismissal in Mrs. Blair-Wilcox’s classroom.

Attention all Faculty and Staff:  If you have any plates or silverware that belong to the Cafeteria, please return them today.    

Sports Physicals will be done in the Nurse's office today.

Today is Picture Retake Day.  If you have pictures to return, please give them to the photographer when you have your picture retaken.  The following students were absent on picture day and need to have their pictures taken today:

Today is a B day

Today is a A day

Attention musical cast:  If you are going on the field trip on Sunday, make sure you turn in your permission slip to Mrs. Breault.  The bus will be at the flagpole entrance at 9:30 on Sunday morning.  Make sure you bring enough money for lunch and dinner.  See Mrs. Breault if you have any questions.

Today is a F day

Any Seniors interested in being a part of a Halloween skit can report to Mr. Seymour’s room today during 10th period.

Please hand in All-County forms by Friday.

There is an FFA meeting today 10th. If you will be selling Fruit and cheese you must attend.  If you are going on the FFA Rodeo trip permission slips and money need to be turned in ASAP.

Attention Students:  On Monday morning students will report directly to the Auditorium at 8:25 am (No Homeroom).  Anyone that would like to participate in the skit and costume contest, please remain in the back of the auditorium with the student council when entering the auditorium and wait for direction.

Today is an E day

Happy Birthday to: Alexa Jarvis - Please come to the office at this time.

The Wellness committee would like to thank CCS for supporting “Wear Pink for Hope.”  We have collected $510.00 to donate to the Hope Lodge.  They will be very grateful.  Thank you Mr. Trombley for taking the picture in the gym.

All students planning to participate in Basketball, Bowling or Cheerleading:  You need to see the nurse by this Friday, October 28th.  The Physicals will be done here on Wednesday, November 2nd.

Attention CCS Students and Staff:  On Tuesday, October 25th, we are encouraging everyone at CCS to “Wear Pink for Hope” and donate $1 in support of breast cancer awareness month.  Please bring in $1 to your first period teacher no later than Tuesday, October 25th.  The money we raise will be donated to the Hope Lodge in Burlington to help families who are receiving cancer treatments.  CCS Staff should turn in all money collected to Kate Dwyer or Peggy O’Connor.  A group photo will be taken on Tuesday, October 25th...so don’t forget your dollar and don’t forget to wear pink!

Today is a F day

Senior Boys Soccer players will be called down at the start of 7th period today for pictures and flowers.   

There are no Band lessons today and no double dismissal in the Band room.  

Attention BOCES students:  There is NO BOCES on Thursday afternoon.  If you are a PM BOCES student and would like to leave in the afternoon, please bring a note from your parents to Mrs. Rounds.

For those auditioning for Shrek:  Audition times have changed.  Auditions will be on Sunday, October 23 from 5:00-7:00 in Mr. Duffer's room.  If there is a conflict, please see Mrs. Breault.

Senior Pictures are tomorrow, Wednesday, October 19 and Thursday, October 20th.   Please check the appointment list in your school email or in the High School office windows.  As a reminder, boys please bring a shirt and tie.  Drapes will be provided for the girls. Girls please wear a tank top under your shirts for pictures.  

10th grade students please meet at the foyer after announcements for your field trip.
