Good morning today is May 11, 2015 today is a C day                          

Lunch today is Italian dunkers, turkey & cheese chef salad or chicken tenders with seasoned noodles

Petitions for class officers will be available today in Karen Lavoie's office. They must be returned to Karen Lavoie's office by Thursday May 14th. Elections will be held on May 20th.

Elections for Student Council Vice President and President will be held today. Ballots will be completed in each English class for grades 7-12.

Attention Everyone 16 and Older: There will be a CVPH Blood Drive this Tuesday, May 12th from 1-5pm in the Elementary Gym.  If you are 16 or 17 and are interested in donating blood, please see the nurse for a permission slip. Again, there will be a Blood Drive this Tuesday in the Elementary Gym from 1-5pm. If anyone has any questions, please see Mrs. Jaggers.

No Jazz Band tomorrow morning

There will be Stage band tomorrow morning at 7:45

There will be a mandatory meeting today, 10th period, for all students participating in Envirothon on Thursday, at Paul Smith's College, in Ms. Rieger's room.  Please plan on attending.

Chateaugay Idol is on May 29th. Time to start rehearsing!

Mr. Sandvig would like to thank the helpers of the junior class prom and congratulations to the class of 2016 .

There will be a freshman class meeting Tuesday 8 am in Mr. Walrath’s room please plan to attend.

Summer Youth Employment Program is available to help students find a job.  See Mrs. Gardiner to see if you  are eligible for help.  Deadline is May 14, 2015.

Attention trailblazers and and outdoor enthusiast.   The Science Club will be hosting another hike in the Adirondacks.  We will be climbing two mountains, McKenzie and Haystack (between Saranac Lake and Lake Placid) on Sunday, May 31st.  If you are interested in this challenge, faculty too, please see Ms. Rieger.  Space is limited.

Check the list posted in Mrs. Harrigan’s door to see if you’re eligible for membership in National or Junior National Honor Society.  You must pick up and return your completed application to Mrs. Harrigan by May 15, 2015 to be consideration for membership.  If you think you should be on the this list but you are not, please see Mrs. Harrigan ASAP; Remember you need a cumulative average of at least as 88 to be eligible.
