Mame 2004 - March 26, 27, 28

Unsung Heroes

You caught a glimpse of them with their black outfits and headsets.  You heard the shuffle of feet and props.   You saw the light show and heard the music.  All of those elements were done so professionally that all the actors had to do was...well...act.  Of course I am talking about the crew.  Many students worked very hard behind the scenes to make the musical such a success.  They do a great job every year and don't always get the flowers, the standing ovations and the attention they deserve.  So, from all involved, "Thank You."
Here are a few behind the scenes pictures of the crew in action.  As for the picture featured here...well...Mr. Breault is to blame.

Mame - Coming This Weekend

It is the hottest ticket in town.  Get your tickets now to the CCS production of "Mame".  The students are putting the final touches on the production with final practices and run-throughs this week.  The dates for the show are March 26 and 27 at 7:00 PM and March 28 at 2:00 PM.  Advance sale tickets are available now and you can always buy your tickets at the door.  Don't miss this "sure to be a classic" performance from the area's first and best musical performance group.  Here is a sneak peak at the production.  See you all at the show.

Standing Ovation

For three performances, the students at CCS proved once again to be the most talented in the area.  The auditorium was filled almost to capacity over the weekend for the performances of "Mame".  From the young 5th grader, Wade Ashline, to the "old veterans", Mallory Wood and Maureen Davey, the audiences were treated to some great moments.  Once again, congratulations to the students and especially Mr. and Mrs. Breault and Miss Calnon for their hard word; and thank you  to the community which turned out in force in support of this annual event.  Great communities help make great schools.
